Notes

You might also consider engaging with a consultant to help identify the best program for you. We worked with OneTenth Consulting. Another organization in the fellowship recommended Rubin Singh from One Tenth to us, and it was the best decision we made. He has a lot of experience working with nonprofits. As part of the Needs Assessment, he was able to understand what we do, how we do it, and what we were looking for. He then provided a list of options for CRMs that we could consider with pros and cons for how they could help us and what the gaps were. We ended up going with Salesforce, it was best for what we needed. We then extended his consultancy to help us customize the CRM and help with onboarding the staff. He was great at building capacity within our organization to take on the oversight of the CRM.
